Clue 3

Please Read:
Sew these 4 - patch blocks with a scant (slightly small) 1/4” seam allowance.
Achieve a scant 1/4" seam allowance by moving the needle position 1 tick to the right.
If you've never sewn with a scant 1/4" before, test on scraps.
Sewing with a scant 1/4" allows for squaring the blocks once they are completed and generally results in more accurate measurements.

Reduce stitch length to a 2.0.

RST = Right Sides Together

Using the 3 1/2" strips of each fabric that were cut from Clue 2:

Sub-cut a 3 1/2" x 30" of 2 background strips and 1 each of the main and accent fabric.
